Ingredients 


  • Three tablespoons of cooking oil
  • One chopped onion
  • Two finely chopped garlic clovea.
  • Two finely chopped green chillies
  • A teaspoon of pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • A teaspoon of cumin
  • A teaspoon of grinded red pepper
  • Two cups of tomato pulp
  • A pinch of finely chopped capsicum
  •  Coriander for decoration
  • 3 eggs 

 Step by Step Instructions


  • Heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry well.
  • Now add garlic cloves and mix well.
  • Now add chopped green chillies, black pepper, salt, cumin and crushed red chillies and mix well.
  • Now add tomato pulp and fry it and then put it on the fire for 15 minutes.
  • Now add chopped capsicum and mix well.
  • Now remove the mixture from the pot with a spoon and make room for the eggs.After breaking the eggs, cover them and put them on the fire for 3 minutes. Delicious shakshuka are ready.
