Seviyan Sweet (Vermicelli Noodles) – Delicious and tempting Seviyan Sweet (Vermicelli Noodles) recipe can be prepared in your kitchen with ease. You can make them as a tea time snack or can serve it in lunch or dinner. This recipe is equally loved by children and adults. 

 INGREDIENTS


50 grams of Vemicelli Noodles (Seviyan)
½ can Condensed Milk
2 tbsp. of Raisins (Kishmish) (optional)
1 tbsp. Clarified Butter (Ghee) or Butter
2 tbsp. of Nuts (Almonds & Pistachios) (optional)
2 Cardamom Pods (Ilaichi) (Seeds removed and powdered)
½ liter Whole Milk

 METHOD

1)Heat clarified butter or butter in a pan, fry the vermicelli until it turns light brown.
2)Separately in a pot bring the milk to a boil. Add condensed milk, vermicelli and cardamom powder.
3)Cook for 2about 3 minutes or until it gets soft. Finally top with raisins and nuts.
