INGREDIENTS
jALEbi
Half a kilo of flour
Half a liter of milk
Ghee one and a half quarter
Two kilos of sugar

Baking powder

METHOD
Mix baking powder in flour and knead in a little milk. When the flour hardens, knead it like flour with water until the yeast swells. Add the remaining six quarts of milk to the boiling flour so that it thickens and becomes creamy. Add sugar to half a liter of water. Add the yellow color and let it boil. When it becomes a three string syrup, take it off. Take a handful of water and pierce the bottom of it. Put ghee in a frying pan and put it on the stove. Place your finger on the watering hole, put flour in it and bring it to the top of the frying pan and remove your finger from the hole.Keep circulating the water bag and continue to shape the jalebi. If there are light yellowish jalebis, put them in the sugar syrup. Leave it for half an hour. When the syrup is absorbed, take it out. Also apply these sheets.
